Step by step

Open Lines, tap the line, then AI assistant.
Turn on AI assistant on and add AI minutes – a paid add-on through the App Store or Google Play.
Under Assistant mode, choose Smart voicemail, Call screening or Receptionist.
Tap Hear an example call to see how a call sounds.

Good to know

Outside working hours, calls follow your Hours and forwarding settings.
On an incoming call you can tap Send to AI assistant.
When the minute quota runs out, the assistant stops answering until next month.

Cellular calls

Calls to the number ring on your phone's regular line in cellular quality, and outgoing calls go out through your phone's own dialer. You don't need internet to talk, and any phone can call the number.

SMS

Real text messages: any phone can text the number, and you can text any phone in Israel from it. Not an in-app chat.

Calling over Wi‑Fi is just an option, for when you have no reception.
