Are these real phone calls?
Yes. With the number set to ring on your SIM, a call to it rings on your phone's regular cellular line like any other call, in cellular quality.
For an outgoing call choose 'Via SIM', and the call goes out through your phone's dialer via one of our access numbers. The person you call sees your second number.
Do I need internet?
To talk – no. Incoming calls ring on your cellular line even without an internet connection, and the call itself goes over the cellular network.
To start an outgoing call, the app needs a connection (data or Wi‑Fi) for a moment to set the call up. And with no cellular reception, you can also answer and call over Wi‑Fi.
Can any phone text my number?
Yes. The number receives ordinary SMS from any phone, in Israel or abroad, and they show up in the app.
From your second number you can text any Israeli number, and they get an ordinary text from your second number. It isn't an in-app chat.
What does my main phone need?
An active mobile line that can make outgoing calls and receive SMS. The app's sign-in code arrives by SMS, and a call via SIM is a call from your line to one of our access numbers.
Abroad, or when calls to the access number cost money, choose 'Call me back' – we call you and connect you.
Do I need a second SIM or an eSIM?
No. Your second number works on the phone and SIM you already have.
Does a call via SIM cost me money?
A call via SIM is a normal call from your phone to an Israeli access number, so it counts towards your mobile plan like any call.
Abroad, or when calls to the access number cost money, choose 'Call me back' – we call you and connect you – or call over Wi‑Fi.
Which numbers can I get?
Israeli numbers through our licensed partner operator: mobile 05X and landline 07X. Choose from the available numbers and search by digits.
Do I need to show an ID?
No. We don't ask for an ID. We verify your real mobile number by SMS code. We ask for identity verification only when the law or a court order requires it for an account. Either way, the people you talk to only see your second number, never your real one.
Can I bring my existing number?
Not yet. For now you get a new number from us.
How does the free trial work?
10 minutes of calls or 7 days, whichever comes first, and up to 10 SMS – no payment details needed. One trial per phone number.
Can I change my number?
Yes, for a one-time payment, on a paid plan. You get a new number on the same line, and its settings and history stay. You can change a line's number again 30 minutes after the last change.
I bought a code at a shop. How do I activate it?
Open the code activation page, type the code from your receipt (SN-XXXX-XXXX) and sign in with your number and an SMS code. Then open the app and sign in with the same number. A code can be activated up to a year after purchase.
Who sees my real number?
None of the people you talk to. Your real number is only used to recognise your outgoing calls. You can also hide your number on outgoing calls, and then they see 'No caller ID'.
What does the AI assistant do?
It answers calls on the line you choose: as smart voicemail, call screening or a receptionist. Outside working hours, calls follow your hours settings.
It's a paid add-on by AI minutes per month, powered by Arivox voice agents. When the quota runs out, the assistant stops answering until next month.
What about emergency calls?
The emergency numbers 100, 101, 102, 104, 105 and 112 always go to your phone's own dialer, from your regular line.
Which phones does it work on?
iPhone and Android. The app is coming soon to the App Store and Google Play. Some discreet-mode options work only on Android – the details are on the privacy page.
What about my privacy?
The website counts visits with our own cookieless analytics, on our own server: no tracking cookies, no third-party analytics, no advertising. In the app, discreet mode changes its icon, locks it and deletes history automatically. Details on the privacy page and in the privacy policy.
