Arivox voice agents answer your customers and plug into your call flows in the portal. An agent can also transfer a call to an extension or to an Israeli number.

Call screening
Asks unknown callers who they are before your phone rings.
Receptionist
Answers calls and transfers urgent ones. Outside business hours, your hours settings decide.
