Outgoing calls: SIM or Wi‑Fi

An outgoing call goes out from the line you pick, and the other side sees that line's number.

Step by step

  1. Open Keypad. Under Call from, pick the line; the screen shows what the other side will see.
  2. Type the number. A line can call Israeli numbers only.
  3. Choose Via SIM – a cellular call through an access number – or Via Wi‑Fi, over the internet, when you have no reception.
  4. Tap the call button. Via SIM, your phone dials our access number and we connect you; the other side sees your second number.

Good to know

  • Abroad, or when calls to the access number cost money: Call me back – we call your real number first, then connect you.
  • A call via SIM counts towards your mobile plan, like any call to an Israeli number.
  • Emergency numbers (100, 101, 102, 104, 105, 112) always go to your phone's own dialer.

Real calls. Real SMS.

Cellular calls

Calls to the number ring on your phone's regular line in cellular quality, and outgoing calls go out through your phone's own dialer. You don't need internet to talk, and any phone can call the number.

SMS

Real text messages: any phone can text the number, and you can text any phone in Israel from it. Not an in-app chat.

Calling over Wi‑Fi is just an option, for when you have no reception.
