Activate a code from a shop

A partner shop's activation code is activated on the website, not in the app. The code is valid for a year from purchase.

Step by step

  1. Open the link on your receipt, or go to the code activation page on the website.
  2. Type the Code from your receipt (SN-XXXX-XXXX) and tap Check code.
  3. Type your real mobile number, tap Send code and activate and enter the code that arrives by SMS.
  4. Open the app and sign in with the same number. New here? You choose your number there.

Good to know

  • The link on your receipt fills in the code for you.

Real calls. Real SMS.

Cellular calls

Calls to the number ring on your phone's regular line in cellular quality, and outgoing calls go out through your phone's own dialer. You don't need internet to talk, and any phone can call the number.

SMS

Real text messages: any phone can text the number, and you can text any phone in Israel from it. Not an in-app chat.

Calling over Wi‑Fi is just an option, for when you have no reception.
